KAMISH BREAD FOR PASSOVER

4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons water
dash lemon juice
2 cups cake meal, sifted
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar, additional

OVEN: 350 Greased cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients together except the 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar. Form into two loaves.
Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar together and press onto dough mixture.
Bake loaves on cookie sheet for 1 hour. When nicely browned, remove from oven.
Cool and cut into slices.
