Peanut Butter Muffins-Bisquick

2/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 cup water
2 tab. peanut butter
1/2 tea. vanilla

Beat egg, water, peanut butter and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until they are moistened. Spoon into muffin pan; filling 2/3 full. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
