Apricot Nectar Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 t. lemon extract
Frosting
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Combine cake mix, oil, nectar, eggs, and lemon extract.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared bundt pan.
Bake in preheated 300 degree oven 1 hour or until done.
Mix frosting ingredients.
Pour over cake while warm.
