HAMBURGER CASSEROLE


1- 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
4-5 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk

Brown beef and drain. Blend in soup and milk. Layer beef mixture and potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, starting and ending with beet mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
