RICE PILAF
1 cup long grain rice
1 lb. fresh. mushrooms
2 medium chopped onions
2 cans beef broth
Cut up mushrooms and saute with onions in 1/2 stick margarine, cover rice with mushrooms and onions and add beef broth. Bake in a 2 9t. casserole, uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
