Chicken Taco Bake
2 chicken boneless, skinless breasts
1 can RO-TEL
1 package cream cheese
tostito chips
mexican style or colby jack shredded cheese
In large saucepan or microwave melt the cream cheese and add the can
of rotel. Shred two chicken breasts[cooked], then add to cream cheese;
mix well. . Crumble taco chips into the bottom of a 9*13 baking dish
and add mix on top of that. place in a oven of 375 for 25 minutes or
until heated thoroughly and top with cheese. Leave in oven till melted
and serve.
