Corn Flake Bars

1 C. cream
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
5 C. corn flakes
2 C. Rice Krispies
1 C. salted peanuts

Butter large bowl; mix corn flakes, Rice Krispies and peanuts in the large bowl. Cook cream, sugar and syrup to soft ball stage (235*). Pour boiled syrup over cereal mixture. Pat onto a buttered cookie sheet. Cut while still warm.
