Deep Chocolate Cheesecake Bars


CRUST

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted

CHEESECAKE TOPPING

2 cups (12 ounce package) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
2 package (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup CARNATION Evaporated Milk
Sifted powdered sugar

For The Crust: Combine flour, brown sugar and butter in medium bowl; press onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around edges.

For Cheesecake Topping:
Microvave morsels in medium, microvave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla in medium mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in evaporated milk and melted chocolate. Pour over crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan to room Temperature on wire rack; chill until firm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into diamonds or bars. Makes 4 dozen bars.
