Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup boiling water
2 cups Bisquick

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix thoroughly peanut butter, shortening, sugars and water. Blend in Bisquick. Roll scant teanspoonfulls of dough into balls; place on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork dipped into flour. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
