1 sm. instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. Cool whip, thawed
6 oz. miniature chocolate chips
4 cups cold milk
large bag Oreo cookies, crushed to crumbs
1 pkg. nut topping
Mix pudding, milk according to pkg. directions. Allow to set a few minutes. Fold Cool Whip, chocolate chips. Pour 1/2 of mixture into bottom of a large bowl. Top with 1/2 of cookie crumbs. Repeat layers of pudding
mixture, cookie crumbs. Sprinkle nut topping on top of last layer. Chill several hours before serving.
MARBLED RASPBERRY CREAM
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen raspberries in syrup
- 3/4 cup chilled whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Puree raspberries in syrup in processor. Strain puree; discard seeds. Beat whipping cream and sugar in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Drizzle raspberry puree over cream. Using knife, swirl raspberry puree into cream just until marbled in appearance. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead.
Cover and chill.)
Makes 1 cup.
