Sweet Topped Raspberries
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries
2/3 cup thawed frozen non dairy whipped dessert topping
1/3 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
In a medium bowl stir together orange peel and orange juice. Add raspberries; toss to coat. For topping, in a small bowl stir together dessert topping and yogurt.
Divide raspberry mixture among 4 dessert dishes. Spoon some of the topping over each serving. Sprinkle with additional finely shredded orange peel, if desired. Serve at once.
Makes 4 servings.
