Bread Pudding

Cinnamon, for your taste
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 apples
Milk, to cover bread
1 tsp. vanilla
Raisins (optional)

Break enough bread to half fill a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs and cut up apples; add both to bread crumbs. Mix in vanilla, cinnamon and sugar; stir well. Now, pour enough milk on bread to cover. Bake at 350~ for about 1 hour. You may add raisins with apples. Serve warm.
