SLOW COOKER RICE PUDDING


2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates

Grease cooker well. Combine all ingredients in cooker and mix thoroughly. Cook on low heat 4 to 6 hours.
