Lemon Freeze
2 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup melted butter or margarine
Combine and press into a 13x9 pan
In another bowl mix together:
1 (21oz) can lemon pie filling
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Fold in:
1 (15oz) can, well drained, fruit cocktail (in
its own juice)
8oz of fresh whipped cream
Mix together well and pour into crust and top with 8 oz more of fresh whipped cream. Freeze overnight. Take out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and serve. Refreshing!
