Savage Whirl
- Your favorite fruit
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 g ounce container flavored lowfat yogurt
- Grab your favorite fruit -- a peach OR banana OR a big handlul of strawberries.
- Pit, peel or hull fruit. Finely chop fluit.
- Place chopped fruit, apple juice and yogurt into a blender container or food processor bowl. Whil until smooth.
- Pour shake into a large cup and enjoy. Makes 1 serving..
