Stroganoff Sauce


3 TBSP butter
4 TBSP flour
1 3/4 c chicken or been broth
1 c sour cream
salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in medium-high skillet.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in broth.
Reduce heat to low.
Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Freezes well.
Thaw in refrigerator a day before serving.
Reheat when completely thawed.
