Creole Seasoning


2 TBSP freshly ground black pepper
1 TBSP plus 1 tsp dried thyme
1 TBSP plus 1 tsp paprika
1 TBSP plus 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 TBSP plus 1 tsp coarse salt

Mix all ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Makes 7 TBSP.
