Italian Salad Dressing Mix

1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sweet red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Pinch of paprika

To use:
Place 1/4 cup vinegar, two Tbsp. water, and one package of mix into a jar; shake to blend; set aside for at least 30 minutes. Add 3/4 cup oil, shake well; refrigerate leftovers.
