Individual Ham Loaves
2 pounds ground ham
1 pound lean ground beef
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoons original Worcestershire sauce
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of celery soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup tomato juice
catsup for basting
Combine all ingredients in order listed except catsup; mix thoroughly.
Shame mixture into individual loaves, using aobut 3/4 cup mixture per
loaf. Make a crosswise slash on top of each loaf; drizzle with catsup.
Place loaves in a shallow baking pan; bake in preheated 325 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
