beef stroganoff

1 1/2lbs round steak, cut into 1/4" strips
2 tbs onion soup mix
1 6oz can of sliced mushrooms
1c sour cream

brown the steak in skillet..add soup mix and can of mushrooms with the liquid..heat until bubbly. slowly add sour cream and cook until thoroughly heated..serve with noodles.
