Honey Baked Ham

10-12 pound ready-to-eat bone in ham
3 tbsp. hearty mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup apple juice or cider

Remove excess fat off ham, leaving a layer to keep it moist during baking. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, without cutting into the meat. Place a whole clove in the center of half the diamonds. Place ham in a roasting pan and brush top with mustard.

Combine the sugar, honey and cinnamon in a small pan. Heat on medium about 2 minutes until mixture has turned into a syrup.

Drizzle over the ham. Pour the apple juice in bottom of the roasting and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste every half hour using juices in the pan.
