Easy-Bake Chicken Drumsticks

8 chicken drumsticks
8 tablespoons butter
4 medium cloves garlic -- peeled and minced
Onion salt And Black pepper -- to taste
Soy sauce

Position a rack at the center of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees. Pat the chicken dry using paper towels. In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, melt the butter and saute the garlic until tender but not browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Season the garlic with onion salt and pepper and pour the garlic butter into a shallow baking pan. Brush the chicken with soy sauce and place into the same baking pan in a single layer, turning several times to coat. Bake, basting occasionally, until the chicken is fork-tender and cooked through, 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
