WEST COAST ORIENTAL CHICKEN

1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, cut into strips
2 Tbs. butter
1 cup celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
1 can golden mushroom soup
cooked rice

In a 10" skillet, brown chicken strips in butter. Add remaining ingredients except rice, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
