ECONOMY MEATLOAF
1/2 cup milk
2 slices white bread
1 lb. ground beef
Parsley leaves or poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 raw egg
1 small onion
Pour 1/4 cup milk over bread. Mix beef, salt, pepper, egg, onion and parsley. Add bread and 1/4 cup more milk to meat mixture. Bake as any other meat loaf.
