Oven Fried Catfish Fillets

2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 lb. catfish, mahi or red snapper fillets
2 teaspoon oil

Heat oven to 450 spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
In shallow dish, combine lemon juice and wine.
In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Dip fillets in liquid; dip in crumbs to coat.
Arrange coated fillets on sprayed pan; drizzle with oil.
Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with Light Tarter Sauce. 4 Servings
