Pineapple Cinnamon Salad
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks packed in own juice
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pkg. red cinnamon candy
1 c. fat free cool whip
Cut pineapple chunks in half. Mix pineapple, juice. candy and marshmallows. Put in refrigerator overnight. Mix a few times to
get pineapple coated with candy.
Three or four hours before serving, drain very well. Mix wilh Cool whip. Refrigerate until serving.

HAM SALAD
11/2 C. cooked ham, diced.
4 hardcooked eggs, chopped
1 t. prepared mustard
3/4 C. mayonnaise
Combine and toss to mix.
VARIATION: Toss into 2 cups torn romaine lettuce.
