Cranberry Salad


1 (16 oz) bag whole cranberries
3/4 c honey
walnuts
Red grapes
Miniature marshmallows
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool whip

Chop cranberries and pour 3/4 cup honey over top. Cover and let set overnight on cupboard. In morning, drain liquid off cranberries. Add as much walnuts, red grapes (cut in half) and marshmallows as you choose. Mix with Cool Whip cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

GREEN BEAN SALAD


2 C. green beans, cooked
1/2 C. salad oil
1/4 C. vinegar
1/4 C. onion, minced
1 t. savor salt
8 slices bacon

Cook, then cool and drain thegreen beans. Blend well the salad oil, vinegar, onion, and savor salt and pour over beans. Fry the bacon crisp and break into small pieces and add to beans, then toss lightly to mix.
VARIATION: Toss into 2 cups torn romaine lettuce.
