Coconut Fruit Dip


8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup lemon or pineapple yogurt
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon orange juice
Pineapple chunks, kiwi, grapes, strawberries.

Mix all ingredients, except fruit, in blender and chill until ready to serve. Serve with sliced fruits.



HONEY MUSTARD


1 cup mustard powder
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

With this mustard, just mix the stuff together in a food processor or blender, then let it age a couple of weeks (I check for thickness after one week).
