In-The-Red Fruit Dip
Mix 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream -- softened, with 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream. Stir in a few drops of red food coloring until well blended. Serve with fresh strawberries for dipping Cheese
Chinese Chicken Pasta Salad
1 C. Salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 Tbs. Reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp. Hot pepper sauce (optional)
3 C. (8-oz.) Rotini, cooked, drained
2 C. Chopped cooked chicken
1 C. each Chopped red pepper and snow pea pods
1/4 C. Sliced green onion
Mix salad dressing, soy sauce and seasonings in large bowl. Add
remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
SALAD DRESSING
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 small grated onion
1 cup vinegar
2 cups oil
Beat all together. It is best to add oil last (gradually)
VARIATION: Toss into 2 cups torn romaine lettuce.
