Italian Pasta Salad


3 c. cooked pasta (choose favorite style; nuggets, miniature lasagna, penne all work well)
1 C. chopped celery
1 c. chopped raw broccoli
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped raw cauliflower
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 c chopped onion
1 sm. bottle non fat Italian dressing

Mix all in redients together and refrigerate 2 or more hours so flavors blend.

DREAM SALAD #2


1~#2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut fine
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 (3oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pkg. cherry or rasberry jello

Use pineapple juice to make lemon jello. Add marshmallows to warm jello. Let cool. Whip cream. Add cheese and pineapple. Stir in lemon jello. Let set until firm. Make cherry jello and pour over top. Return to refrigerator to cool. YIELD: 15-20 servings. Topping can be changed to match holiday occassions.
VARIATION: Toss in 2 cups torn romaine lettuce.
