Chicken Salad Supreme


3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbs. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
2 tbs. each chopped pimiento and pickle relish
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 tbs minced onion

Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
Toss dressing lightly with remaining ingredients.
Chill.
If desired, serve on a bed of greens Serves 4
