Garden Cole Slaw


1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Tobasco green pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium green or red bell pepper chopped
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 medium zucchini, shredded
1/4 cup chopped green onion

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and ginger until blended. Add cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and green onion; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Makes 6 servings.
