STRAWBERRY PEA SALAD
1 tb Green onions; minced
2 ts Gingerroot; grated
1 tb Honey mustard
1 tb White wine vinegar
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Milk
5 c Mixed salad greens; torn
1 1/2 c Jicama; thinly sliced
1 1/2 c Fresh strawberries; sliced
8 1/2 oz Can LESUEUR Very Young Small Early Peas, drained
Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill one hour. To serve, arrange greens on serving
