FIVE-FRUIT SALAD


1 c Pears, cored and cubed
1 md Banana; sliced
1/4 c Orange juice
2 c Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 c Strawberries; halved
1/2 c Jicama; julienned
1 tb Fresh mint leaves; chopped
1 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt

Toss pears and banana in the orange juice. Combine all ingredients except the yogurt in a medium size bowl; toss to mix. Serve with the vanilla yogurt.
