Deluxe Deviled Eggs & Egg Salad Mix


3 oz. cream cheese with chives - softened
2 Tablespoons butter - softened
6 hard cooked eggs - finely chopped
3 strips bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced onion
2 Tablespoons parsley - chopped
2 Tablespoons celery - finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon horseradish
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded

Combine cream cheese and butter. Stir until smooth. Add the next 11 ingredients. Mix until creamy. For deviled eggs shape into 1" balls; roll in cheddar cheese and parsley. Cover and refrigerate till serving. For egg salad add cheddar cheese and mix.
