FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Sour cream
1 ts Lemon juice
3 tb Sugar
1/2 c Whipping cream
3 c Strawberries
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, beating until smooth. In another large
bowl, whip cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream, strawberries, and pecans into cream cheese mixture. Pour into an 8 x 11 inch pan. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. E-Mail Me At:
